As a Certified Senior Real Estate Specialist, Candace is more than able to walk a mile in her clients shoes. Most are active adults who are in that simplifying stage of life. Their children are grown and gone, and they are downsizing so that they can enjoy their life to the fullest. One thing she has in common with her clients is that drive to be more available to family.

When I meet with clients, we always get around to the subject of grand kids, she says with a grin. It gives us a sense of understanding.

Its easy for Candace to relate to active adults entering the real estate. Many of her clients are ready for the quiet, gated communities that dot the area. They need help in selling an older, larger home that no longer meets their needs. She understands why they appreciate the amenities afforded by such neighborhoods. Since many love to travel, they dont want to be tied down to a big house and its upkeep. They also enjoy the clubhouses, pools, and planned activities that these communities offer.

I know where they are coming from because I am in the same place in life, she says. Simplifying, making more time for family, and staying active are our goals.

Putting The Pieces Together

More than anything, Candace finds that her clients love her energy, enthusiasm, honesty and no fluff style. Her knowledge of the issues that are important to them and her skill in finding the right home really resound with them. Im an organized, detail-oriented person, she says, and I'm good at getting the overall picture. Shes willing to invest time with clients who need a little handholding to get through the real estate maze, and she works hard to make their journey easier.

Its a little like entertaining, she says. I love putting the pieces together. I love seeing people happy with what I can do for them, and getting hugs when we reach their goal. For her clients that are young families just starting out, to those clients that are young at heart, Candace has the experience and marketing skills to help them find a home that meets their needs.
